Description

Update all GitHub links in README files from tier4/callback_isolated_executor to autowarefoundation/callback_isolated_executor after the repository transfer.

Changed files:

  • README.md (3 links: git clone URL, cie_sample_application link, cie_thread_configurator config spec link)
  • cie_thread_configurator/README.md (2 links: usage instructions link, YAML template generation link)
